As our client expands, we seek Management Consultant with 3-5 years of consulting experience to join our accomplished team based in London. This position is ideal for individuals aiming to progress their careers in Human Capital Consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Exhibit proficiency in all facets of Organizational Strategy, particularly in organizational effectiveness, business transformation, and change management within the contexts of public sector, defense, or government environments.
- Engage in meaningful transformation projects by comprehensively understanding the inherent dynamics of the organization, aided by our advanced digital tools.
- Assess employee perceptions and behaviors, along with processes and frameworks to ascertain the organizational reality.
- Contribute to designing target operating models to ensure alignment between business and people strategies, fostering organizational effectiveness and cultural transformation while ensuring robust communication across all organizational tiers.
- Manage work streams efficiently, communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, and thrive in a collaborative team environment aimed at driving substantial change.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of consulting experience is essential.
- Residency in the UK is mandatory, along with either existing SC Clearance or the eligibility to meet stringent criteria to obtain it.
- Previous exposure to or experience within public sector, defense, or government environments is highly desirable.
